Working directly with the manufacturer for over 20 years has equipped the team with knowledge and experience with ICF and EPS products and solutions. Our Team
The West Coast ICF Foundations team is led by Randy Oppal - aka “Mr. ICF”, who has been working directly with the manufacturer since 2000. Over the years Randy advanced from doing just deliveries, helping stage orders and spending time at job sites learning. In 2014 he started to assist with more hands on work to gain the full experience. In 2016 Randy decided to use ICF on their family home and the results were nothing but above expectations. This created a path for Randy into the ICF world. As he slowly started to provide knowledge and help assist owner/builders, developers and carpenter/framers on their projects with ICF and EPS options. The company’s team of trained professionals ensure local assistance and on site training to help you build better.
